The first look at Ola’s new electric car shows a simple, sleek design that reminds you of the Tesla Model S and Model 3. It’s a classic sedan shape with a stylish roof at the back. The smooth body and wide-set wheels suggest good aerodynamics and a big battery inside. Like most electric cars, there’s no front grille, but the smooth front bumper has some air intake on the sides. The headlights are slim and run across the width of the car. The side view reveals an air vent near the front fender and smooth door handles, likely with cameras instead of mirrors. The windows have a tapered shape, and the wheels have a cool two-tone design. Ola has teased different features online, including a crossover version, so it’s not clear if this car will have one or more designs.

  1. One out of every 3rd OLA e-Scooter has inherent manufacturing trouble. Either breakdown enroute, charging failure, fire incidents, battery malfunctions & charge drops or all of these in many vehicles. Complaints are pouring in, the company has taken a deaf ear while most of the service centres are run by goons. They might have sold scooters initially in the first e-rin bought my ignorant masses, will not be the case going forward. There is no way but rectify solve, improvise and produce better reliable, safe & durable vehicle before venturing out with a new product in a new category.
