Ather 450S Pre Booking
Ather Energy is all set to introduce the Ather 450S electric scooter in the segment and will be launching it next month on 3rd August. Ather announced pre-booking window opened for its 450S Electric Scooter. Deliveries are likely to commence from September.
Price and Booking Charges
The Ather 450S will have an introductory price of Rs 1,29,999.
Customers interested can now pre-book the Ather 450S from any of its authorized stores across India. They also can book the e-scooter online by visiting their official website. Customers can pre-book the e-scooter for a sum of Rs 2,500 and it is fully refundable.
Base Variant with Fewer Features
Ather 450S is going to be the most affordable electric scooter in their portfolio. It is going to be an entry-level model and will sit below the Ather 450X in the line-up and is priced cheaper than the 450X.
The 450S is expected to get a few changes over the model 450X. The recent teasers released by the company have unveiled a more basic touchscreen instrument console and smaller rearview mirrors.
Specifications
The Ather 450S will be powered by a 3 kWh battery pack and will have a claimed range of 115 km on a single charge. It will be able to accelerate from 0 to 40 km per hour in 3.9 seconds and will feature a top speed of 90 km per hour.
Color Options
The 450S is anticipated to be available in four colors: Salt Green, Cosmic Black, Space Grey, and Still White. It is likely to give tough competition to the upcoming Ola S1 Air and the TVS iQube.
Ola S1 Air Rival
The 450S pre-booking news comes out just after Ola Electric opened the Purchase window of Ola S1 Air. 450S will take direct competition with the Ola S1 Air in the Indian market.
