Tesla the world’s favorite electric vehicle brand has been making remarkable strides in the industry. Tesla has promoted an India-origin Vaibhav Taneja as their CFO (Chief Finacial Officer) after he retains his old position of Chief Accounting Officer assigned to him in 2019.
About Vaibhav Taneja
Taneja’s role within Tesla has witnessed a lot of serious positions. His trajectory began as Chief Accounting Officer in March 2019, subsequently holding the position of Corporate Controller from May 2018. A financial visionary, Taneja had earlier served as an Assistant Corporate Controller from February 2017 to May 2018, setting the stage for his ascent to the company’s financial workspace.
Before joining Tesla, he honed his finance and accounting skills at SolarCity Corporation starting in March 2016. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Certified Public Accountant title, Taneja brings a rich mix of knowledge and expertise, perfectly suited to guide Tesla’s financial journey.
