Pure EV, a Hyderabad-based company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of Lithium-ion batteries and Electric bikes has unveiled a new Electric Motorcycle “EcoDryft.” The prices and the booking of the electric bike will be live in the month of January 2023.

EcoDryft being a modern bike has standard angular lamps, telescoping front suspension, twin shock rear, etc. It also has alloy wheels measuring 18 inches front and 17 inches alloy wheels. The electric bikes will be available in three modes and four colors namely drive, crossover, and Thrill. The four colors of the bike will be Red, Grey, Black, and Blue.
The kerb weight of the bike will be 101 kg and a payload capacity of 140 kg.
Coming to the technical part, the bike will have an electric motor of 3kWh with an AIS 156 certificate. It comes with a range of 85-130 km/charge and a top speed of 75 KMPH. The torque of EcoDryft will be 40Nm. The bike can touch an acceleration of 0-40 in 5 seconds.
EcoDryft has a charging of 3 hours from 20-80% using a 60 V CAN charger.
Currently, Pure EV has three models running in the market that are ETRYST 350, EPLUTO 7G, and ETRANCE NEO. EcoDrfty will be the fourth jewel in the Pure EV set. Going by the history of the company, it launched only ETRYST 350 in its bike collection rest both the EVs are in the scooter version.
Wheel size is mentioned in feet… Whereas it should be in inch…
Pure ev body is filthy, body parts are very delicate. Body gets cracks even if it falls by its own. Think twice before you purchase. I faced a lot of issues with this brand. They don’t even have proper technicians, after sales service is poor. If you have any doubts ask pure ev owned vehicle owners for their feedback after a year.

Pure ev has the worst build quality and service. Issues arise and are not restricted to T-fork, headlight dome, switches, connectors, swing arm, Suspension, Mudguard and battery as well. They are not even eligible for fame subsidy. Better to invest a few thousands more and buy a good quality ev, it will save you the headaches afterwards.
