The name AVINYA has been derived from Sanskrit, which means innovation. The length of this EV is expected to be 4300 mm. Its transmission type is automatic.
The company, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility has planned to incorporate butterfly doors in the Tata Avinya EV, which would open to a luxurious and spacious interior of the car.
With the overall theme of serenity, the concept is presented in the gentle dawn color. The concept of the word, AVINYA means empathetic mobility, a system that is built to be smart, innovative, spacious, and sustainable.
The battery provided in the Tata Avinya EV would provide an ultra-fast charging feature, providing at least a 500 km range in about 30 minutes.
The entire concept and motto for the greater range is, ‘Minimize-Maximize-Optimize’.This electric car’s launch has been revealed by the TPEM on April 29, 2022, in Mumbai.
Tata Avinya EV is expected to be priced at Rs. 30 Lakh. It is expected to be launched by February 2025.
Tata Harrier EV
The Tata Harrier EV is being made as per the Omega architecture and the Gen 2 architecture. The electric car’s turbine blade wheels are made for achieving aerodynamic efficiency.
The upcoming electric vehicle from Tata Motors will have many other features like a modern lighting system, a digital display, a panoramic sunroof, ADAS, and AWD technology (2-motor set-up, with one on each axle).

In the Tata Punch EV, a power train would be added.
The Tata Punch EV would be having an electronic parking brake and drive selector derived from the Nexon EV Max. It is expected to have a 30.2 kWh lithium-ion battery and an electric mill operated by the Ziptron EV powertrain innovation.
The Tata Motors’ Ziptro powertrain contains one liquid-cooled battery along with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, providing power to its front wheels. The Tata Punch EV would be having almost the same features as the Tata Tigor EV.
The Punch EV is expected to come with many battery sizes for the customers. The vehicle would be having a 10.25-inch touchscreen. The motor and the battery will make use of 100 Nm of torque. The Tata Punch EV’s higher range variant is expected to provide a range of 300+ kilometers on each charge, and its low range variant would be having a range of 200-250 km.
The price of the Tata Punch EV can be as high as Rs. 10-12 lakhs, and it is expected to launch by the end of 2023.
Tata Nano EV
The Tata Nano EV is affordable for customers who don’t want to buy an SUV.
This vehicle would be easy to travel with on narrow roads. It will come with a 17-kWh lithium-ion battery. The Tata Nano EV will have one motor rated at 27 hp and a maximum output torque of 68 Nm. The range of the upcoming Tata Nano EV will be 120–140 km per charge. The top speed of the EV is expected to be 80 km/hour.
The electric car has other features, like regenerative braking. With a normal home charger, it will take 7.5 hours to get fully charged.
And, with a fast charger, it gets charged from 0 to 80% in 75 minutes The Tata Nano EV came after the collaboration of Tata Motors and Jayem Automotives.
