Remsons Industries Limited, a leading automotive components manufacturer, proudly announces a landmark achievement in its global journey, securing an order of approximately ₹ 300 crore (USD 35 Million) from Stellantis North America.
Remsons Industries Ltd. has entered the electric vehicle (EV) industry through the acquisition of a majority stake in Astro Motors ( Commercial Electric three-wheeler manufacturers) This acquisition, announced in April 2025, marks Remsons’ foray into the growing EV market, specifically focusing on electric three-wheelers for last-mile delivery and cargo transport.

The agreement marks a significant milestone in Remsons’ international expansion and underscores its strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. It further solidifies the company’s global footprint and opens the door to enhanced opportunities in North America and beyond.

The partnership with Stellantis North America will see Remsons supplying critical components for iconic vehicle platforms such as the Jeep Wrangler and RAM, strengthening its position as a global automotive leader. Also, Remsons shall supply products for Smart cars and 3-wheelers to Stellantis Europe.
