Designed to address urban mobility challenges, Eva features a unique 2+1 seating configuration (two adults and one child). It comes with a 14 kWh battery pack, offering a range of 250 km on a full charge and additional solar capability, enabling up to 10-12 km daily on solar energy alone. This innovation could save users up to a third of their annual fuel costs.

The car is compact and fully automatic, powered by a 6-kW liquid-cooled electric motor with 16 HP and 40 Nm torque. Charging options include a regular 15A socket, providing a full charge in four hours, and a fast DC charger for a 45-minute recharge. Eva also features a solar roof or a panoramic sunroof option for enhanced utility and aesthetics.

Eva is aimed at urban commuters across all age groups and offers a low operating cost of about 80 paise per kilometer. Vayve Mobility has sourced most components locally, except for chips and battery cells, which are imported.

4] Maruti Suzuki eWX

The patented design includes body cladding, fully covered wheel caps, and a curved windshield extending beyond the A-pillars, but lacks headlamps and B-pillars, indicating its concept status.

Specifications for the eWX remain undisclosed, but it is expected to feature a single-motor setup with a claimed range of 230 km, offering a practical solution for urban commuters in India.

5] Mahindra eKUV100
