Toyota Urban Cruiser EV to be Unveiled at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, know Expected Price, Range and Features

The Toyota Urban Cruiser EV is an upcoming electric SUV based on the Maruti Suzuki eVX. The company is set to showcase its all-new Urban Cruiser EV at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show in January this year.

While it is confirmed that the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara will also be showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, So we also expect Toyota to unveil this electric SUV at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 to be held in Delhi, India in January this year.

Toyota Urban Cruiser EV Battery and Specs Details

The new Toyota Urban Cruiser EV is expected to launch in India in July 2025, priced between ₹20-25 lakh.

The Urban Cruiser EV will be offered with both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive setups. Battery pack options and power output are expected to be the same as the eVX.

The Urban Cruiser EV will offer two lithium-iron-phosphate battery options: a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh variant. The 49 kWh model will have a front-mounted motor that produces 144 hp and 189 Nm of torque.

Opting for the larger 61 kWh battery increases the power output to 174 hp while torque remains unchanged at 189 Nm.

Toyota has not revealed the claimed range of the Urban Cruiser but it is expected to be around 550 km. The Urban Cruiser EV is one of the 15 zero-emission vehicles that Toyota plans to add to its range by 2026. and full carbon neutrality by 2040.

Toyota Urban Cruiser EV Interior Details

If we talk about the interior of the Toyota Urban Cruiser EV, then this electric SUV has a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster which gives all the important information related to driving.

There is a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system on the center console which offers smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

One of the special features of the Urban Cruiser EV is that it has high-tech safety features. The Urban Cruiser EV is equipped with a 360-degree camera and ADAS suite which includes features like a pre-collision system, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure alert, and lane-keep assist.
