Ola Electric Launches Ola Care Subscription Plans OLA Care Subscription  OLA Care + Subscription  The most asked question about the Ola Subscription Plan by the customers;

OLA Care Subscription

The subscription has two options: Ola Care, priced at INR 1,999 per year, and Ola Care+, which will cost INR 2,999 per year. OLA Care comes with benefits worth Rs. 7000/- they include;

Free labor on service. Theft Assistance helpline. Roadside assistance.

OLA Care + Subscription

OLA Care+ comes with benefits worth Rs. 15,000/- they include; All the goodness of care and;

Annual comprehensive diagnostic Free home service and pick up/drop free consumables 24/7 doctor and ambulance service

Benefits like free labor on demand, theft prevention, and roadside and puncture assistance are all part of the Ola Care plan. Besides the Ola Care benefits, the Ola Care+ Subscription plan will provide features like comprehensive diagnostic, free home service and pick-up/drop, free consumables, and 24/7 doctor and ambulance service.

The most asked question about the Ola Subscription Plan by the customers;

What is the waiting period for availing of your services once subscribed?

The users who have already bought their scooters have a 7-day waiting period before availing of roadside towing and breakdown-associated services.

How does one claim the benefits that come with the subscription?

Step 1: Register a service request through the Ola Electric Application or the service helpline, while registering the request mention the plan that you would like to avail of.

Step 2: The Ola team will verify your subscription and modifies the billing. What is not part of the Ola Care/ Care+ subscription?

The Ola Care/ Care+ subscription excludes coverage for all issues and damages caused by deliberate damage, negligence, damaging the vehicle in action to rule against the manual, natural disasters, service/repair outside the OLA network, and criminal activities accidents.

In case of accidents; only assistance related to towing, puncture, medical, custody, and taxi will be provided. Ola plans to expand on the D2C front by the end of this month, being on track to establish 200 experience centers across all metropolitan cities.

What are the consumables that are covered under the subscription plan?

The consumables will be replaced for free under the subscription, if applicable then the brake fluid, front brake pad set, rear brake pad set, front wheel Bearing Assembly, Structure Arm Rear, Steering bearing set, and drive belt.

Also, Ola excludes service/repair cases covered under insurance, any deliberate damage any damage due to natural calamities. It is important to know this service is not a replacement for insurance and the final decision on repair costs lies with OLA.
