Bosch All-Electric Solution “eAxle System” Electric Car Conversion kit Price in India, and Bosch Shoawcae its India’s First Successful Electric Car Conversion- Maruti Suzuki Baleno.
Bosch Electromobility and Support is accelerating the growth and development of established automobile manufacturers as well as start-ups with flexible, pre-integrated solutions to help them bring electric vehicles to market more quickly.
The Bosch portfolio ranges from scalable pre-integrated modules to rolling chassis solutions.
To integrate many different vehicle functions, Bosch combines individual components – the eAxle ( Electric Car Conversion Kit), braking system, and steering system, as well as the vehicle control architecture – into a cohesive module called the Advanced Driving Module.
Simplified interfaces and consistent software implementation reduce complexity and ensure optimized communication between components.
In collaboration with various partners, individual Bosch components are also mechanically integrated to form axle modules for either the front or rear axles.
The eAxle module is optimized concerning installation space, provides state-of-the-art driving dynamics and damping, and can be integrated with ease and with a high degree of flexibility for multiple vehicle variants.
The rolling chassis represents the highest possible level of detail of the Bosch solution and shows what can be achieved with maximum integration.
It includes all of Bosch’s essential electrical components, as well as an optimized E/E architecture and sophisticated thermal management system.
No matter which solution automobile manufacturers choose, with Bosch’s pre-integrated system solutions they benefit from increased engineering efficiency, less integration effort, and shorter time to market.
The ‘Bosch eAxle’ system replaces a conventional 1.2-liter petrol engine in the test car. It also gets on board diagnostics as part of a new infotainment package.
This electric car was completely developed in India, took two months to build, and features a 10 kWh battery pack, 115 bhp electric motor, and 200 Nm of torque.
As of now, the company is looking at partnering with OEMs and expanding its business in India, but the price of the Bosch “Excel System” electric car conversion kit has not been disclosed.
