Ola Electric has made a breakthrough in battery technology by launching its in-house developed Bharat Cell at the Ola Sankalp Event on 15 Aug.

This 4680 Li-ion cell promises 5 times more energy density, 1.5 times faster charging, and a 10% increase in range compared to previous models. Backed by over 70 patents, the Bharat Cell will be integrated into Ola electric scooters starting April 2025.
