The Ampere Primus’ design is a blend of both classic and futuristic scooter styles. This electric scooter has no superficial features distinguishing it from a non-electric one. Complete with Ergonomic seating posture, a long leg room, and 22L worth of boot space this scooter has made no compromises on the comfort of the rider.

The company claims that this scooter can go from 0-40 km/hr in just around 4.2 seconds. Capable of going up to 77kmph while carrying a load of 150 kilograms this scooter is a performance-efficient one.
The braking system however is drum type, which is below the standard considering the price tag.
The 12-inch wheel on the front is connected to a Telescopic suspension while the rear features a Coil-Spring type suspension which further improves the comfort of the rider.

The notable thing is the inclusion of a Reverse mode which might prove to be helpful while carrying a load in the back seat. While this scooter offers the basic features, there is no mention of features like anti-theft, live tracking, etc.
The Ampere Primus is an average scooter and has some great features but lacks the more advanced ones. Priced at 1,19,900/- this scooter is subjected to tough competition and there are many other alternatives to this scooter, some of them providing a better value for the money.
