Ultraviolette Unveils F77 Ballistic Plus: India’s First AI-Powered Motorcycle Upgrade With Zero Hardware Change.
Bengaluru-based electric performance motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has just raised the bar for innovation in India’s EV segment.
In a Launch Event“Future Ready Performance | The Next Evolution of the F77”, the company introduced the F77 Ballistic Plus, a performance and intelligence upgrade that doesn’t require a new motorcycle purchase.
Instead, it’s a software-driven update that makes every existing F77 faster, smarter, and more powerful, at no additional cost.
Ultraviolette isn’t just selling a motorcycle; it’s advocating for a new philosophy of mobility.
In the launch event, the company questioned the status quo of “engineered obsolescence”—the idea that most machines degrade over time, nudging users toward frequent upgrades.
Instead, the F77 Ballistic Plus is built on the premise that vehicles should get better the longer you own them.
And that’s exactly what this update achieves.
At the core of the F77’s evolution is Violet AI, Ultraviolette’s in-house neural intelligence system.
It’s embedded both on the motorcycle and in the cloud, continuously collecting and analysing rider data over 3,000 data points per second from a growing fleet that has collectively clocked 800,000+ kilometres across India and abroad.
Owners who have already experienced the update describe it as a game-changer:
These are not just anecdotal upgrades; they’re the result of machine learning algorithms studying every twist of the throttle, every braking moment, and every terrain encountered.

One rider described the experience as “more exhilarating and even more ballistic than before”, while another noted how the bike felt completely overpowered with electricity and yet under precise control.
Here’s the disruptive part:
The Ballistic Plus upgrade is being rolled out to every F77 owner globally at zero cost.
Whether you bought your F77 last week or last year, your machine is now part of this performance leap.
Ultraviolette emphasises this is their way of rewarding early adopters, not penalising them.
“What other motorcycle becomes more powerful after you’ve bought it? What other vehicle evolves instead of becoming obsolete?” the narrator asked during the launch.
This isn’t just an incremental update; it’s a statement of intent from Ultraviolette.
The F77 Ballistic Plus combines advanced data analytics, AI learning, and vehicle dynamics engineering to deliver a ride that quite literally improves over time.
It positions Ultraviolette among the few global OEMs treating electric motorcycles not as static products, but as living platforms, much like smartphones or smartwatches that push over-the-air updates to refine user experience.
With the launch of F77 Ballistic Plus, Ultraviolette has not only refined its flagship but also redefined what it means to innovate in the EV space.
While most legacy automakers are still focused on annual model refreshes and facelifts, Ultraviolette is building a future where your motorcycle evolves with you.
This is a rare moment in the Indian automotive landscape, where software-defined performance meets hardware excellence.
And it’s all happening right here, from a homegrown brand that refuses to play by the old rules.
