TVS Motors Company has launched its most expensive electric scooter TVS X in India. This is a premium category electric scooter that comes with many advanced features and modern technology.

Here are all the Details About the Latest Launch TVS X Electric Scooter, including price, range, and full specifications. 

TVS X Battery-Pack

The TVS X Electric Scooter has a 4.44 kWh dual battery pack which is claimed to be dust and water-resistant.

TVS X XLETON platform

The TVS X is built on TVS’s new XLETON platform and gets a maxi-style format. The TVSX is based on a new Xleton frame crafted of aluminum alloy

TVS X Charging-time

The TVS X is equipped with fast charging technology and can be charged with either a Smart X Home rapid charger, which takes about 50 minutes to charge from 0 to 50 percent in 50 minutes or using a 950W portable charger that takes 4.5 hours to charge from 0 to 80 percent.

TVS X Range and Speed

The TVS X will have a claimed range of 140 kms per single charge. It will also have a top speed of 105 kmph and feature regenerative braking to reduce stress on the battery and extend the driving range.

TVS X Digital Features

Company claims the best aerodynamic efficiency and has ram air cooling technology. TVS claims an industry-first live vehicle location-sharing feature on the TVS X.The TVS X will use an all-new onboard navigation system called Nav Pro.

The TVSX features an X-Tilt instrument console that swivels, a segment-first feature.

It will be the first electric scooter in the Indian market to get the largest digital Instrument Cluster at 10.25 inches.

It will come with Three Modes – Xthealth, Xtride, and Xonic. The Xonic is the most powerful ride mode. It gets ABS and cruise control as well.

The TVS X electric scooter has a very sporty-looking offset mono suspension at the rear and an auto-hold function.

TVS X Price in India

The TVS X will be available at a starting price of Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).

That price tag makes it the most expensive electric scooter to go on sale in India. As the TVS X costs more than Rs 1.5 lakh, it will not be considered part of the Fame II subsidy. Thus, TVS X does not attract the government’s FAME incentive.

Future Plans

TVS Motors has quickly become one of the most popular electric scooter brands in India with a great product lineup. Now, it is planning to launch another new product next month. It is anticipated that it could be the TVS IQube ST, the higher variant of the IQube Series.

It also plans on introducing “a complete portfolio of EVs by the next year and a half.” This shall include multiple products like electric 3W cargo, new variants of their current lineups, and much more.
