Sampoorn EV, one of India’s growing electric mobility startups, has announced a strategic partnership with PRB Healthcare (Pratibha Ratan Bhumi Pvt. Ltd.), a leading physiotherapy and sports injury care provider.
The collaboration involves a ₹40 crore (USD 4.8 million) electric vehicle supply agreement aimed at enhancing doorstep physiotherapy access across India—through green, efficient EV-powered mobility.
Under the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Sampoorn EV will supply 10,000 electric scooters over the next three years, enabling PRB Healthcare’s growing team of physiotherapists to serve patients more efficiently in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.
This deal represents more than just a commercial milestone—it’s a vision-led initiative to align clean mobility with essential service delivery, reducing carbon emissions and improving healthcare accessibility.
“This collaboration reflects the growing role of electric mobility in strengthening critical service delivery like healthcare,” said Vikas Gupta, Founder & CEO, Sampoorn EV. “Our scooters are built for performance, durability, and ease of use—perfect for professionals on the move.”
PRB Healthcare has been on a mission to bring expert-led physical rehabilitation to underserved communities. With Sampoorn EV’s support, the company is set to not only expand its geographic reach, but also adopt a more sustainable and cost-effective approach to mobility.
“With Sampoorn EV as our mobility partner, we’re not just expanding—we’re committing to a cleaner, faster, and smarter way to deliver care,” said Dr. Hemant Gaur, Founder, PRB Healthcare. “This partnership ensures our therapists reach more patients—while cutting down our environmental footprint.”
The first phase of EV deployment is set to begin in August 2025, focusing initially on Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, and Madhya Pradesh, followed by a nationwide rollout in future phases.
Founded to drive India’s transition to clean energy mobility, Sampoorn EV focuses on two-wheelers and light commercial EVs for last-mile delivery, healthcare, and utility use. The company is backed by in-house R&D, innovative battery technology, and a pan-India service network, making it a preferred partner for scalable, sustainable transport solutions.
Established by Dr. Hemant Gaur, PRB Healthcare is redefining how physiotherapy and sports rehab services are delivered in India. By integrating innovation, skilled professionals, and now, electric mobility, PRB is setting a new standard for accessible and eco-friendly rehabilitation care.
