Ola S1 Pro Gen. 2 Ola Electric, India’s top Electric two-wheeler manufacturer, is going to introduce a new range of products on Independence Day, the 15th of August.
The company is also set to bring an upgraded version of its electric scooter S1 Pro. Ola unveiled its S1 Pro electric scooter in August 2021. Ever since its launch, many issues have been popping up all over the internet and the electric scooter hasn’t had a smooth ride. Ola received criticism over the recent months for reporting front suspension breakages in the S1 Pro scooters.
Ola as part of its continuous engineering and design improvement process is considering upgrading the S1 Pro to enhance its durability and strength even more. It is going to make some changes in its already existing S1 Pro along with a retro touch of minimalist design, accessories, and different colors.
The main changes in the S1 Pro:
Dual suspension Flat Footboard Strong grabrail
The S1 Pro has been equipped with an unconventional single-sided front fork and a curved design front footboard which will be now replaced. The company is upgrading the front fork design by adding a front telescopic suspension as well as a flat footboard. Ola is then going to discontinue the current model S1 Pro. With this move, Ola is trying to allocate more resources to make sure that the Ola S1 Pro lineup keeps receiving regular software updates. Electric vehicles are not just mechanical automobile products. They have an added layer of software that requires their own maintenance and quality checks from time to time.
