Homegrown electric motorcycle innovator Oben Electric is set to launch the next-generation Rorr EZ on August 5, 2025, bringing with it a range of bold upgrades, new-age features, and a sharper focus on rider comfort and urban practicality.
Aimed squarely at Indian city commuters, the new Rorr EZ promises to take urban electric commuting to the next level.
Building on the success of the current model launched in November 2024, this upgraded version stays true to the original’s commuter-first ethos while introducing refined engineering and design improvements.

Since its debut, the Rorr EZ has been a standout in the electric two-wheeler segment, praised for its intuitive ride experience, sporty design, and commuter-ready specs.
It offers an impressive IDC range of up to 175 km, fast charging to 80% starting in just 45 minutes, and a top speed of 95 km/h—delivering the performance of a full-fledged motorcycle with the ease of an EV.
Key to the Rorr EZ’s performance is Oben’s proprietary LFP battery technology, known for higher heat resistance, double the lifecycle compared to conventional chemistries, and increased safety across India’s varied climatic conditions.
The next-gen Rorr EZ retains this proven powertrain while layering on smarter tech and rider-focused upgrades that aim to make city riding more efficient, more enjoyable, and more sustainable.
Bookings for the updated Rorr EZ will go live on August 5, with deliveries beginning from August 15, 2025, signalling Oben Electric’s strong push to lead the urban EV segment.
