Its automatic transmission and Creep function minimize driver fatigue, which is particularly useful in stop-and-go urban traffic. Additionally, with a low turning radius of 4.3 meters, the ZEO offers remarkable maneuverability, perfect for navigating narrow city streets. The ZEO comes with a single-speed transmission that ensures smooth operation, while its suspension setup includes a McPherson Strut front suspension and a Semi Trailing Arm rear suspension.
The ZEO integrates Mahindra’s NEMO telematics system, allowing both fleet managers and individual drivers to access real-time vehicle data. Fleet managers can monitor performance, set geofence locations, and handle service management efficiently. On the driver’s side, the NEMO app offers access to public charging hubs, service locators, and trip-planning tools, simplifying operations and increasing productivity.
Inside, the ZEO’s cabin is designed with practicality in mind. It comes equipped with features like a dashboard-mounted transmission dial for easy control, a Type-C USB charging slot for convenience, and a fully digital instrument console. These features enhance the driving experience, making it both comfortable and user-friendly, especially for daily, long-distance operations.
Safety is at the core of the ZEO’s design. It features an AI-enabled camera that powers the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), providing features such as lane departure warnings, pedestrian collision alerts, and driver behavior analysis. Additionally, the ZEO comes equipped with Hill Hold Assist for improved stability on inclines, while the IP67-rated battery and motor offer protection against water and dust.
Mahindra offers robust support for the ZEO with a seven-year or 1.5 lakh km battery warranty. Customers can also choose between two service plans, Safar and Safar Plus, which include essential services like roadside assistance, express service, and extended warranty options.
The Mahindra ZEO is available in two deck variants: Flat Side Deck (FSD) and Delivery Van (DV). The pricing starts at ₹7.52 lakh for the V1 FSD variant and goes up to ₹7.99 lakh for the V2 DV model, making it a competitive offering in the electric small commercial vehicle market.
