Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has made history with its electric SUVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e, by achieving the highest-ever 5-star safety rating in the Bharat New Car Assessment Programme (Bharat-NCAP) crash tests.

  • 5-Star Safety Rating: Both the BE 6 and XEV 9e received the highest possible 5-star safety rating from Bharat-NCAP.
  • Adult Occupant Protection: The XEV 9e achieved a perfect score in adult occupant protection, demonstrating its exceptional safety performance.
  • Child Occupant Protection: Both vehicles excelled in child occupant protection, ensuring the safety of young passengers.
  • Comprehensive Safety Features: Advanced safety features, including multiple airbags, electronic stability control, and advanced driver assistance systems, further enhance the safety of these vehicles.

Both the BE 6 and XEV 9e demonstrated exceptional performance in the rigorous tests, showcasing their robust construction and comprehensive safety features.

The XEV 9e, in particular, achieved a perfect score in adult occupant protection, highlighting its exceptional ability to safeguard passengers in the event of a collision.
