Hyundai Creta Electric Bookings Open at Rs 25,000 Ahead of January Launch

Hyundai India has started accepting bookings for its upcoming Creta Electric with a token amount of Rs 25,000. This is ahead of its launch at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo on January 17, 2025. However, registrations for the base Executive trim are yet to begin.

The company will sell the Creta EV in five variants: Executive, Smart, Smart (O), Premium, and Excellence.

Hyundai Creta Electric Range and Battery

Two battery packs of 51.3kWh (473km range) and 42kWh (390km range) will be offered with the Creta Electric, both of which are ARAI mileage certified. The Creta Long Range (51.3kWh) gets charged from 10 to 80 percent in 58 minutes with a 60kW DC fast charger, while it takes 4 hours to charge from 10 to 100 percent with an AC wall box unit.

The Hyundai Creta Electric accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds, which is faster than the Creta N Line DCT (8.9 seconds). The compact electric SUV will also feature single-pedal driving. 2025

Currently, the larger battery pack can only be booked on the Smart (O) and Excellence trims.

Talking about colors, there will be 10 shades to choose from, including dual-tone and matte options.
