Hero MotoCorp Launched Vida VX2 Electric Scooter (1)

After a long wait and multiple teaser launches, Hero MotoCorp’s electric subsidiary, Vida World, has now officially launched its latest electric scooter, the Vida VX2, targeting urban riders looking for practical and affordable EV mobility.

Competitively priced and packed with key features, the VX2 is a significant expansion of Hero’s electric vehicle portfolio under the Vida brand.

The VX2 Electric Scooter comes in two variants — VX2 Go and VX2 Plus — catering to different ranges and budget needs.

The VX2 Go is equipped with a 2.2 kWh removable battery offering an IDC-certified range of 92 km and a top speed of 70 kmph.

It accelerates from 0–40 kmph in just 3.1 seconds and includes a 4.3-inch TFT dashboard, dual drum brakes, and two ride modes: Eco and Ride. Its ex-showroom price without battery subscription stands at ₹99,490.

The higher-spec VX2 Plus features a larger 3.4 kWh battery with an extended range of up to 142 km.

With Hero’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option, customers can choose to pay less upfront — ₹59,490 for the VX2 Go and ₹64,990 for the VX2 Plus — and subscribe to battery usage instead of owning it outright.
