Pune, August 27, 2024: A second incident involving a TVS iQube electric scooter catching fire has occurred in Pune, raising serious concerns about the safety of these vehicles. This time, the incident took place in the basement of a society, putting residents’ lives and property at risk.
Fortunately, no harm has been reported, and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
The incident was reported by Abhinandan Jain on X (Twitter), who shared details of the fire and tagged relevant authorities and media outlets. The electric scooter, parked in the basement, burst into flames, potentially endangering other vehicles and residents.
