Ola Electric officially unveiled MoveOS 6 during its Sankalp 2025 event held on August 15, 2025, at its Gigafactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, calling it the “most intelligent upgrade yet” for its electric scooter lineup.
The New MoveOS 6 is packed with AI-powered tools, advanced safety systems, and smarter ride enhancements. The update promises to transform the daily riding experience for Ola users in India.
It’s hands-free, intuitive, and safer while riding.
MoveOS 6 introduces an AI chatbot and voice assistant—powered by Ola’s proprietary Krutrim AI—designed to offer natural voice interactions with your scooter. This allows you to perform commands, get information, and personalise your ride using just your voice.
MoveOS 6 learns from your usage. It can remind you to charge before a long trip, suggest when servicing might be due, and optimise performance based on your riding style. Riders no longer need to guess—it’s proactive, not reactive.
For the first time on an Indian electric two-wheeler, Ola electric introduces ADAS, offering:
Front & Rear Collision Warnings
Adaptive Cruise Control
Blind-Spot Alerts
Lane Departure Notifications
This makes Ola scooters smarter and safer, reducing the risk of accidents in busy city traffic.
Riding on Indian roads can mean unpredictable terrain. With MoveOS 6, traction control and terrain-specific ABS adjust braking and grip in real-time, giving riders confidence whether on smooth highways or slippery monsoon roads.
MoveOS 6 supports 11 Indian languages, making it accessible for riders across the country. Whether you prefer Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Bengali, you can now interact with your scooter in your local language.
Charging is now more intelligent. The scooter predicts charging needs, avoids overcharging, and adapts battery usage to extend life. Frequent commuters will especially benefit from better energy planning.
For daily Ola riders, MoveOS 6 is more than a software update—it’s a step toward safer, smarter, and more personalised mobility. With 25+ features like AI coaching, predictive alerts, and collision warnings, it reduces rider stress and improves efficiency.
Ola also ensures these upgrades are software-driven, meaning existing riders with compatible models can access most features without buying a new scooter.
Ola MoveOS 6 is expected to roll out gradually starting late 2025, with OTA (over-the-air) updates for flagship models like the Ola S1 Pro. Wider rollout to other models will follow in phases.
With MoveOS 6, Ola Electric riders can look forward to a scooter that doesn’t just take them from point A to B but actively assists, protects, and adapts to their lifestyle.
For India’s growing EV community, this marks a significant leap in making two-wheeler mobility not only electric but also intelligent.
