Kinetic Engineering Launches Robotic Chassis Line for Kinetic DX EV

Kinetic Engineering Ltd., a pioneer in India’s automotive manufacturing sector, has taken a bold leap into the future of automation with the inauguration of its advanced Robotic Chassis Line at Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra.

This milestone marks the commencement of production for the highly anticipated Kinetic DX Electric scooter and sets new benchmarks in manufacturing excellence.

The newly commissioned Robotic Chassis Line integrates robotic welding, clamping auto fixtures, and a dedicated scooter framing cell.

Together, these systems ensure structural accuracy, consistency, and efficiency—reducing human error while enhancing both safety and productivity.

Beyond the robotic line, the Kinetic facility has undergone a comprehensive upgrade to boost efficiency and quality across all stages of production.

  • Metal Body Panel Line: Equipped with hydraulic and mechanical presses, pneumatic clamping, and spot welding guns for higher precision in fabrication.

  • Modernized Paint Shop: A 7-tank process with CED coating followed by metallic top coating ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and premium finishes.

  • Digitized Parts Store: Streamlined with individual part gauging, kit-based supply, and sub-assembly storage for seamless operations.
