Evtric Motors’ first e-motorcycle “Rise” launched at INR 1,59,990

PAPL’s electric vehicle venture that is based in Pune, Evtric Motors, on Wednesday announced the launch of the electric motorcycle Evtric Rise, a high-speed motorcycle. The company announced this product during their dealers’ convention in Sikar, Rajasthan at INR 1,59,990 (Ex-Showroom India) (Ex-Showroom India). Additionally, the company stated that beginning on June 22, reservations for the e-bike, Evtric Rise, would be starting Pan India with a Rs 5,000 down payment.

The bike would reach a high speed of 70 km/h and comfortably travel 110 kilometres on a single charge, claims the Pune-based EV manufacturer. The e-bike charges completely in four hours thanks to a 2000 watt BLDC motor and a 70 volt/40 amp hour lithium-ion battery. 

With the 10amp micro charger that includes an auto-cut feature that is included with the bike, customers can charge their batteries easily and safely. The new bike comes in beautiful red and black colours, which ups the stylish factor of daily transportation. The Evtric Rise includes LED Lights with Daytime Running Lamps, and comes with sculpted side stylings.

Manoj Patil, the Founder & MD at Evtric Motors, while remarking upon the launch of the company’s first motorcycle said, “We are excited to bring our latest creation Rise, our first ‘make in India’ electric bike. The bike shall define the true quality experience for the customers who are still otherwise hesitant to switch from Internal Combustion Engine-powered vehicles to EV.”

Patil Automation (PAPL), an automation business based in Maharashtra, is the supporter of Evtric Motors. One of the first companies to produce line automation equipment, conveyors, robotics, simulation, and mechanical/control design is PAPL. With a planned expenditure of INR 100 Crores, the company announced its debut into the Electric Vehicles category last year with Evtric Motors. The company also plans to introduce electric tricycles, bicycles, scooters, and three-wheelers. With an emphasis on “Make in India,” the 100% Indian electric vehicle manufacturing company had been established.

To preserve quality and speed, the firm established its manufacturing facility in Chakan-Pune and put advanced automated techniques in place. The manufacturing facility has a 1.5 lakh unit annual capacity. In order to more accurately assess client needs and create in line with them, the company has also established an internal R&D team.

In Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and West Bengal, the business has begun onboarding dealers and plans on having its presence in all these locations by the end of Fiscal 2021-22.

Manoj Patil said, “The government has been relentlessly working towards promoting EV in India in terms of adoption and localisation both. However, there is a dire need for experience and infrastructure to accelerate the adoption. PAPL with its decade of experience in automation and manufacturing in the automobile sector can contribute to a great extent. At EVTRIC we aim to provide finer products at competitive prices to Indian customers and also promote localisation for contributing to the e-mobility vision”.

The business has already released three scooters in the nation: Axis, Ride, and Mighty. According to the organisation, there are 125 touchpoints in 22 different states across the nation.
