MG is offering the new ES5 with multiple battery pack options in China. The largest one is 62.2 kWh and promises a range of 525 km on full charge whilst the 50.5 kWh battery pack delivers a range of 461 km on a single charge.

It would compete with the BYD Atto 3, Hyundai Kona Electric, Kia EV 3, etc whenever launched.

4. Citroen Basalt EV

  • 61 kWh battery is available with both-wheel drive options. The FWD is mated to an electric motor which produces 174 PS and 189 Nm whilst the AWD gets a more powerful motor producing 184 PS and 300 Nm.

Maruti Suzuki eVitara Price in India

The All New Upcoming Maruti Suzuki eVitara is expected to have a starting price of Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). This would be competitive since the battery would be produced locally.

It will rival with competitors like Nexon EV, and Curvv.EV and XUV 400 EV as well as compete with the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV.
