MG Motor India has officially announced its plans to launch the Comet small EV in India this coming April.

Inside the car, customers can expect sleek AC vents, rotary knobs for AC controls, and a large single-piece screen that houses the fully digital instrument cluster and touchscreen infotainment system.

Interior

The Comet EV will have a 17.3kWh unit and a 26.7kWh unit offering a claimed range of 200kms and 300kms, respectively.

Range and Battery

The Comet EV will be priced between Rs 10-15 lakh (ex-showroom) and is set to compete with the Tata Tiago EV and the Citroen eC3.
