Set to Debut Sooner Than Expected

The Indian carmaker Mahindra is getting ready to introduce a new car called the XUV.e8.

The Mahindra XUV.e9 will use a new platform called INGLO. It will have two types of batteries: Blade and Prismatic.


The motor will be between 60 and 80 kW, and the power will be between 170 and 290 kWh.


The XUV.e9 can go up to 450 km on a single charge, according to the WLTP test. It can also charge very fast, up to 175 kW.

Battery  and Range

It has a panoramic sunroof, advanced displays, OTA updates, Level 2 autonomous driving, and premium interiors.


But it may have 6 airbags, ABS, ESC, TPMS, and ADAS features like lane keep assist and auto emergency braking.


The XUV.e9 is a more upgraded and premium version of the XUV.e8. They’re expected to reveal it on Independence Day 15th August 2024.

Release Date

The Mahindra XUV.e9 is expected to cost between Rs. 50.00 Lakh and Rs. 52.00 Lakh, depending on the version you choose.
