Skoda India is gearing up to electrify the Indian market by launching three new electric vehicles by 2025, marking its ambitious entry into the electric vehicle segment. The range includes the Skoda Elroq EV, Enyaq EV, and Epiq EV models.

The Skoda Enyaq EV is leading this charge, a sophisticated electric SUV that marks the Czech automaker’s first step into India’s growing EV market.

Set for a 2025 launch, the Enyaq EV was showcased to Indian audiences at the Bharat Mobility Show earlier this year, giving a glimpse of Skoda’s vision for the future.

The Skoda Enyaq EV impresses with several practical and thoughtful features designed for convenience and ease. It includes a front door umbrella storage compartment, high-visibility vest holders on both front and rear doors, and an electric child safety lock for added security.

Additionally, there’s a handy ice scraper for frost protection, perfect for unpredictable weather conditions.

Skoda has prioritized storage and space solutions in the Enyaq EV. It includes rear mobile phone pockets, 1.5L bottle holders for both front and rear passengers, and a pull-out compartment for cards and small essentials within easy reach.

For the first time, Skoda features a practical 11.4L storage compartment under the center console, providing ample storage space within the vehicle.

The technology inside the Enyaq EV enhances the user experience with advanced features. It comes equipped with a 5.3-inch color digital display offering layouts like Basic Navigation and Assist Systems.

A phone box is provided to store your mobile and maintain signal strength in weak areas, plus Qi wireless charging capability. Ambient lighting with a selection of 10 colors allows passengers to customize the cabin ambiance according to their mood.

When it comes to cargo and space, the Enyaq EV offers an electric tailgate, a net system in the boot for better organization, and dedicated space for cargo elements.

With hooks to hang small bags, it’s clear that Skoda has thoughtfully designed the boot space. The car offers 585 liters of luggage capacity with seats up, and when the rear seats are folded, this expands to a generous 1,710 liters, making it ideal for families and travel.

Safety is another area where the Enyaq EV shines, offering nine airbags working in tandem with three-point seat belts.

Additional safety systems include Crew Protect Assist, Multi-collision Brake, Front Assist, Collision Avoidance Assist, Turn Assist, and Rear Traffic Alert.

The car also features Park Distance Control, an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), and a 360-degree camera, enhancing the overall driving safety and experience for all occupants.
