The new Hyundai Kona Electric boasts an eye-catching exterior with parametric and pixelated lighting elements that add a futuristic touch to its front and rear. Its taller stance and coupe-like roofline. While multiple creases on the side profile give it a sharp appearance. The car is larger than its predecessor, with a longer wheelbase and improved cabin space.

Powertrain Specs
The upcoming Hyundai Kona Electric car is based on an updated version of Hyundai’s B-segment platform, which underpins the internal combustion engine-powered Kona. The car comes with two battery options – a 48.4 kWh unit and a 65.4 kWh unit, offering a range of 342 km and 490 km, respectively, on a single charge.
Both variants feature a single electric motor that drives the front axle, with the Standard range variant kicking out 114.6 kW (154 hp) and the Long-range variant pumping out 160 kW (214 hp). The peak torque output in both variants is 255 Nm. A 100 kW DC fast charger can juice up the bigger battery pack from 10% to 80% in just 41 minutes.

Comprehensive ADAS Suite

Vehicle-to-Load Functionality
