Kia EV9 Concept
A few days back Kia India teased a video of its Kia EV9 on its Twitter handle with the tag #MovementThatInspires, showcasing the bits of the model. Today Kia India Unveiled its New Concept Electric Car Kia EV9 at the ongoing Auto Expo 2023. The company earlier unveiled EV9 as a concept SUV car at the LA Motor Show 2021 in Los Angeles and it may debut in India soon by the mid of 2023. EV9 will be the second car after EV6 which will be launched by Kia. Kia may launch EV9 in India in 2025.

The car is in the concept stage and is a preview of the upcoming Kia EV9 all-electric SUV, it comes with a range of up to 300 miles (483 km) and fast charging capability from 10-80% state-of-charge. SOC) in about 20. -30 minutes using a 350 kW (800 V) charger.

The all-electric SUV offers a driving range of up to 300 miles. It also features next-generation ultra-fast charging technology with a 350-kW charger that allows its advanced battery-electric powertrain to replenish energy from 10% to 80% in 20-30 minutes.
The Concept EV9 measures 194 inches in length, 81 inches in width, 70 inches in height, and has a wheelbase of 122 inches. The concept also combines its sleek SUV look with state-of-the-art engineering.

Road Ahead
Kia has developed a full EV line strategy which plans to introduce 14 models by 2027+3 models. These 14 models can cover a range of EV pick-up trucks(DM/EM) + Entry EVs.
