Fiat Topolino Electric Car Design, Interior, Range & Price

The Fiat Topolino is one of the most unique cars of the past century. It was manufactured between 1956 and 1968 and sold in over 28 countries. It was basically a miniature version of an early Fiat 500, with a body made out of glass-reinforced plastic over an aluminum chassis.

Fiat is planning to revive the Topolino Electric name and is rumored to have already been exhibited to a select group of Italian Fiat dealers, with a 2023 market debut anticipated.

Fiat’s new vehicle will be Stellantis’ third quadricycle after the Citroen Ami, which debuted in 2020, and the almost identical Opel Rocks-e, which made its debut in 2021. Both are offered in passenger and freight configurations, which could apply to their Italian counterpart as well.

According to Automotive News Europe, a canvas cover might make Fiat’s quadricycle even more distinctive. It would be ideal for a Topolino revival because the original 1936, 500 Topolino was also offered as a convertible. Although we are unsure of the extent of the renovation, one of the merchants who saw it commented that it was “more elegant than the Ami.”

Design

The Fiat Topolino is a small, stylish, and cute miniature car that was launched in 1932. It became extremely popular among automobile lovers all over the world. Somehow the design of this Fiat Topolino electric was different from the original car.

The boxy shape and the upright position with a low roofline give it a bright and friendly look. The rear overhang has been angled forward in an attempt to improve aerodynamics, thereby improving the vehicle’s fuel economy.

Interior

Length 94.48 inches
Width 54.72 inches
Height 59.84 inches

The new Fiat Topolino electric is the smallest and most modern city car in its class, with an interior that has been fully redesigned. The car also comes with a host of innovative features for easy everyday driving.

The interior of the Fiat Topolino electric is classic Italian: elegant and full of character. A fully electric Fiat Topolino includes the MyCitroen app that enables users to track their vehicle’s range, and it provides maintenance alerts. Other features include a panoramic roof, a USB port, and the MyCitroen app.

Range

Power 6 kW
Top Speed 28 mph
Range 47 miles

Topoline electric will be a two-seater compact car with a range of 47 miles and a top speed of 28 mph. The Topoline is perfect for every type of driver. Budget-friendly, reliable, and versatile, the cars are suited to city driving. It has a stylish, creative design that’s ideal for urban areas, perfect on public roads and private roads.

Price

The Stellantis Kenitra plant in Morocco will also produce the Fiat Topolino, along with the Citroen Ami and the Opel Rocks-e. The Topolino electric might initially go on sale in markets that the Ami already covers and those where Fiat has a presence, with a starting price of close to 6,000 EUR.
