The Okaya Freedum is a sporty-looking, low-speed electric scooter from a Delhi-based EV and battery manufacturer Okaya EV. The company also sells other electric scooters like the AvianIQ series, the Faast series, and the ClassIQ series. This Electric Scooter is available with Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery options.

Specifications
The Okaya Freedum comes in two variants: LA-2 and LI-2, priced at Rs 58,900 and Rs 74,900 (ex-showroom) respectively. The primary difference between the two is that earlier this scooter used to come with a lead-acid (VRLA) battery, now it is powered by a Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery.
A 250-watt BLDC hub motor connected to either a 48V 30Ah LFP battery pack or a 48V 28Ah VRLA battery powers the electric scooter. The former can be charged in 4-5 hours, while the latter can be charged in 8-9 hours.
