Build Your Dreams(BYD) is a Chinese electric vehicle company that showcased its new electric car called Seal, the prices of the same will be unveiled by the end of 2023 and this newly designed exquisite ocean aesthetic model will compete against Tesla Model 3 in USA and China. You can book this car by the third quarter of 2023 and expect the deliveries to initiate around that time only.
Interior
BYD Seal will have a 15.6 inches infotainment display at the center of the dashboard. A 10.25 inches head-up display and digital instrument cluster will be accessed by the driver. The AC will be controlled by the driver according to different drivers’ modes underneath the infotainment display screen.

The outer body of the Seal EV is designed from the previous model of 2021 called Ocean X which includes different details as to an all-glass roof, flush-mounted door handles, four boomerang-shaped LED daytime running lights, split headlamps, and a full-width LED light bar at the rear distinguish this vehicle from the competition.
Range and Battery
The Seal will have a range of 700km and a claimed range of 550km, which is significantly higher than most other EVs currently on the market in India. This is possible because the 61.4kWh and an 82.5kWh battery pack are included with the Seal these batteries can be charged using 110kW and 150kW. Apart from BYD Seal, it also launched a new variant of the Atto 3 EV in Forest Green color. The limited edition Forest Green variant is priced at INR 44.49 lakh and will be limited to only 1,200 units, making it a collectible item for EV enthusiasts. According to Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Sr Vice President of the Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India, the company is the only one in India to have a “born e-platform vehicle.” This means that the Atto 3 EV is built from the ground up as an electric vehicle, rather than being a conversion of a gasoline-powered car. This gives the Atto 3 a range of 250km on a single charge.
